Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their needs and mental health challenges, devising personalized therapy strategies to promote recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, tailored to individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, groups, couples, and families, fostering an environment of trust and openness.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client records are kept up-to-date and secure.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
