Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health concerns during initial consultations to establish a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best serve the individual’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in mental health counseling methodologies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor is mandatory (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
