Somos un equipo de viajes remoto en expansin y estamos incorporando un/a Asesor/a de Viajes desde Casa para apoyar a nuestros clientes en la planificacin y reserva de sus experiencias de viaje.
Si tienes habilidades de comunicacin slidas, eres organizado/a y disfrutas trabajar con personas, este puesto es para ti. Ofrecemos capacitacin completa desde el primer da, no se requiere experiencia previa en la industria de viajes. Debe ser ciudadano/a o contar con autorizacin de trabajo en EE.UU., Reino Unido, Australia, Mxico, Espaa o Latinoamrica
Responsabilidades Principales
- Atender consultas de clientes por telfono, correo electrnico y chat de manera profesional
- Investigar vuelos, hoteles, paquetes y opciones de viaje segn las necesidades de cada cliente
- Preparar cotizaciones detalladas y presentar opciones de forma clara y ordenada
- Procesar reservas y mantener registros precisos y actualizados
- Dar seguimiento a los clientes antes y despus de su viaje para garantizar su satisfaccin
- Participar en sesiones de capacitacin virtual para mantenerte actualizado/a en tendencias y proveedores
Lo Que Buscamos
- Comunicacin clara y profesional, oral y escrita.
- Cmodo/a trabajando con computadora, correo electrnico y plataformas digitales
- Capaz de trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno remoto
- Actitud amable y profesional con gran atencin al detalle.
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente o ventas es valorada, no es requisito indispensable
Requisitos Tcnicos
- Laptop o computadora de escritorio.
- Conexin estable a internet de banda ancha.
- Telfono inteligente para comunicacin y actualizaciones.
- Espacio de trabajo tranquilo, adecuado para conversaciones con clientes.
