Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns to accurately formulate clinical diagnoses and design personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based approaches, adapted to each client's goals and needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health crises, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results complies with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
