LADS FP&A, Principal Specialist *HYBRID*

Job Summary Principal Specialist (P3) for New Business Investment (NBI), Overhead, and IRAD within the Land & Air Defense Systems SBU. The role is located in Tewksbury, MA and is offered in a hybrid capacity. It involves strategic analysis of investment decisions, coordination of funding requests, and performance reporting for senior leadership. Responsibilities Partner with Requirements & Capabilities team members and coordinate with SSBUs for the successful management and execution of Raytheon NBI ERPM funding request review and approvals for color‑of‑money compliance. Assess internal investments for resulting profitability, risk, and strategic fit. Develop and maintain the Annual Operating Plan. Prepare Quarterly NBI and Overhead EACs. Generate Weekly/Monthly NBI and Overhead reporting, including variance analysis. Develop investment presentations for senior‑level management. Deliver Monthly status out‑brief to the LADS CFO Vice President and provide ad hoc reporting as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, OR an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in MS Office Suite, Power BI, and/or Excel. Experience with Finance Business Systems such as APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, or Rplan. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and produce meaningful outputs. U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual access requirements. Preferred Qualifications Energetic self‑starter with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders such as Accounting, Engineering, FP&A, Rates & Budgets, SBUs, etc. Prior experience in Program Cost Controls or Bid & Proposal finance. Familiarity with disclosure statements and Cost Accounting Standards. Job Details • Role type: Hybrid (onsite & remote)
