Date Posted: 2026-06-18 Country: United States of America Location: Tewksbury, MA (on site & remote) Role Type: Hybrid What You Will Do Perform detailed financial analysis supporting monthly program management reviews Develop Estimate at Completion (EAC) projections Engage in financial planning and analysis activities Lead cash collection processes Support program leadership and cross‑functional teams on complex international defense programs throughout the contract lifecycle Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field AND a minimum of 5 years experience; OR an advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years experience Experience in finance, accounting, program controls, FP&A, or related discipline Proficiency with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), Analysis for Office (AO), Microsoft Office and related financial systems U.S. citizenship required due to government contractual requirements Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making, written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business environment Project finance or government contracting experience (preferred) Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
