Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to create a comprehensive care approach, ensuring holistic treatment pathways.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary to ensure client well-being.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation aligned with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring quality control and accountability.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups, fostering a community of recovery and support among clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution is required.
