Growth Marketing Manager - Payments Platform

Job Description About the Role and Company
EC1 Partners is working exclusively with a Series B payments infrastructure startup that enables cross-border payments and embedded finance for marketplaces. Following a strong funding round, they are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to scale lead generation efforts in the U.S. What You Will Do
• Own and execute demand generation campaigns across digital channels
• Optimize paid search, SEO, and content for pipeline growth
• Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)
• Analyze marketing funnel metrics and conversion data
• Collaborate closely with sales on campaign alignment What You Bring
• 3-5 years of growth or performance marketing experience
• Strong understanding of the FinTech/payments space
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation
• Data-driven mindset with a creative edge
• U.S. FinTech B2B experience preferred
