You will connect with clients using state-of-the-art telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and security in all therapeutic sessions. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistency in your schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify individual mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques during sessions, drawing from various methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant approaches.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic progress, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including referrals as needed.

• Participate in regular team meetings and continuing education opportunities to stay updated on best practices in telehealth and mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role involves providing support to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally responsive care that addresses their specific needs and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology, with a focus on mental health therapy.

• An active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
