Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing diagnostic assessments to understand their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Respond to crisis situations with proficiency, offering immediate support and conducting risk assessments to ensure client safety, while coordinating with emergency services when necessary.

• Remain up-to-date with advancements in mental health practices by engaging in continuous professional development activities.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inspired Grace Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues as well as those managing more severe psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
