Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients who are facing various mental health challenges, including addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Our clientele varies in age, gender, and cultural background, providing you with a rich tapestry of experiences to draw from in your therapeutic practices. Your understanding of these issues will be pivotal in delivering effective, empathetic, and culturally sensitive care to promote healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field, along with valid credentials as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Must possess current knowledge of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health treatment and supervision.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health service delivery, particularly in crisis management and therapeutic intervention.

• Strong understanding of addiction issues and their interrelation with mental health therapies.

• Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism towards both clients and colleagues in a supervisory capacity.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with digital therapy platforms.

• Background in working with vulnerable populations, including those facing homelessness and trauma.

• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or providing clinical supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n
