Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, specifically crafted to assist clients in achieving stress reduction and improved emotional health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to determine each client’s unique stressors, challenges, and goals, tailoring your therapeutic techniques accordingly.

• Guide clients through mindfulness practices, including meditation, breathing techniques, and other exercises, aimed at enhancing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience, creating an interactive space for clients to share experiences and learn from each other.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques within individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns while supporting clients’ overall growth and development.

• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals, creating comprehensive treatment plans that include personalized mindfulness strategies.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000, based on experience and qualifications.
