Requirements 3-6 years of experience, preferably at an Am Law top 100 firm. Regulatory experience with the SEC's Division of Investment Management is valued. Experience with registered investment advisers and investment companies. Outstanding writing and analytical skills. Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
