Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges.

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, utilizing feedback from clients and care teams.

• Document all interactions and maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on working with a wide range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various other mental health conditions. You will support diverse populations, tailoring interventions to meet the needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery, knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR), and additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches will be highly considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
