Human Resources Assistant

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls greeting visitors and directing inquiries appropriately. Provide administrative support through document preparation filing record maintenance and office coordination activities. Assist with payroll related tasks by entering employee information reviewing records and maintaining data accuracy. Support recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews preparing onboarding materials and assisting with new hire processes. Maintain organized employee and company records while supporting onboarding and separation activities. Requirements 2+ years of experience in human resources administrative support or a related role. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and Excel. Possess experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Communicate effectively with employees candidates vendors and visitors in a professional manner. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail across administrative and human resources activities. Build positive working relationships through excellent customer service and communication skills. Adapt quickly to changing priorities while supporting a variety of office and personnel functions.
