This position is remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule to best support client needs. While primarily working from home, the counselor will occasionally engage with our outpatient office team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess client needs and establish appropriate diagnoses.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele that may include children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of mental health issues. Our client base often presents with challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other conditions. Understanding and effectively responding to the unique needs of different populations is crucial in this role.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active Clinical Licensure (LPC) in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
