This remote position allows for a great work-life balance while also ensuring you are part of a supportive outpatient office team. Although much of your work can be performed from home, you will have access to a network of dedicated professionals who will collaborate with you to provide the highest quality of care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approaches to meet varying client needs.

• Create, implement, and modify comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and challenges of each client.
\n
• Offer ongoing support and therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care pathways.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and comply with all legal and ethical standards for record-keeping and client confidentiality.

• Develop and lead workshops or educational sessions on mental wellness topics as part of our commitment to community mental health education.

• Regularly participate in professional development training to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse populations including adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to deal with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more, enabling you to adapt and grow your clinical skills effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
