Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Twins Behavioral Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating engaging and therapeutic group therapy sessions designed to foster connections among clients and promote shared experiences.

• Providing individualized therapy sessions, where you will empathically guide clients through their concerns, help them manage their emotions, and develop personalized coping strategies.

• Collaborating with clients to develop goal-oriented treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring client progress through various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to ensure effective treatment and outcomes.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and contribute to comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Participating in continuous training and education to remain current on innovative practices and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our mission is to provide compassionate and evidence-based treatment to individuals dealing with mental health and mood disorders, ensuring accessibility and affordability in the services we provide. You will play a crucial role in helping clients overcome their challenges and achieve measurable successes in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
