Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your typical day will involve a variety of clinical tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessment services to clients in high-risk situations, ensuring timely interventions and support.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

• Monitoring client progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on their response to therapy.

• Educating clients and their families on effective coping strategies and connecting them with relevant community resources for additional support.

• Maintaining precise and confidential documentation in compliance with Maryland state regulations and professional standards.

• Participating in case consultations and supervision, as well as continuing education opportunities, to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
