Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to address the specific needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by the opportunity for additional bonuses.
