Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals, ensuring a patient-centric approach.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, designing tailored interventions that may include exercises, manual therapy, and modalities aimed at promoting recovery.
• Maintain a manageable caseload to provide dedicated time and attention to each patient, enhancing the quality of therapeutic interactions.
• Utilize a variety of cost-effective, non-surgical treatment options to improve patients' mobility and minimize reliance on medications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will play a critical role in treating diverse cases, including post-operative orthopedic patients and those with musculoskeletal disorders. Each patient is unique, requiring a customized approach to treatment that respects their specific backgrounds, preferences, and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active and valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Virginia, with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• A strong foundation in manual therapy techniques and the ability to create effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly experience with WebPT or similar platforms, for accurate documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
