Air Export Coordinator (Elizabeth, New Jersey)

The Woodland Group are looking for an Air Export Coordinator to join our team based in New Jersey! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of the Export Coordinator are... Tracking of freight and processing invoices whilst providing excellent customer service Ensuring compliance with all government export and transportation regulations Receive, review and process high volume Export transactions for clients including booking, documentation and billing Process data through the Company system and submit shipping information to various government agencies as required Check shipments in the Warehouse as needed to ensure that the documents correspond Track and review shipping status to ensure timely departure and delivery of freight Ensure shipments of hazardous materials are checked and processed in accordance with all applicable regulations under the International Ocean Transport Association and Code of Federal Regulations. Timely preparation of all required documentation (Letter of credit, Ocean Bill of Lading, Service Report Log, etc.,) for export functions Close shipments and filing Ensure the customer is provided excellent service throughout the export process. including quick response to inquiries and problem resolution The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience handling full cycle export transactions in freight forwarding About us: Woodland Group is more than just a logistics and supply chain company.
