Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapeutic sessions with couples and families, utilizing evidence-based practices to address complex relational issues.

• Assessing client needs through detailed evaluations and crafting tailored treatment plans that align with both individual and family objectives.

• Facilitating discussions around sensitive topics such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, job-related stress, and coping with medical issues.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions to foster open communication, enhance understanding, and provide tools for conflict resolution.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Participating in regular supervision and training sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and adapt to emerging best practices in the field.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, and individuals experiencing various challenges such as:

• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry

• Adjustments to separation and divorce

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Texas.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
