Strategic Sales Executive

To drive growth in healthcare organizations, the remote, full-time Strategic Sales Executive will manage complex consultative sales engagements, build executive relationships, and deliver tailored software solutions focused on clinical and operational performance improvements. Key Responsibilities Build executive-level relationships with healthcare stakeholders and conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify challenges Develop and present tailored solutions that align with customer objectives, leading opportunities through the full sales cycle Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying long-term account expansion opportunities and representing the company at industry events Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of successful consultative B2B software sales experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS or healthcare technology Proven experience selling EHR/EMR, Practice Management, and AI-driven healthcare solutions Strong executive-level presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Working knowledge of healthcare workflows, interoperability standards, and cloud-based software solutions
