Business Development Center Representative

Serra Auto Campus is seeking a full-time Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for engaging with guests to schedule vehicle maintenance and repair appointments while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service appointments for maintenance and repair needs
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and text
• Follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely booking
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Route Sales inquiry calls to the appropriate department

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Rotating Saturday shifts

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized with attention to detail
• Dealership experience highly preferred, but not required
