Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children or in a classroom setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
- Patience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to follow teacher directions and work collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing classroom needs and assignments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management
- Work one-on-one or with small groups of students, including those with special needs
- Reinforce lesson plans, help students stay on task, and provide encouragement
- Support positive student behavior and promote a safe, inclusive atmosphere
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with organizational tasks
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other activities as needed

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.90 to $35.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
