Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.

• Establish and regularly monitor therapeutic goals to track client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage clients in a shared decision-making process, collaborating to find the most effective strategies for treatment and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions to adhere to ethical and legal requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, providing you with the opportunity to utilize a broad spectrum of clinical skills. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques and an understanding of different modalities to effectively support client needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain caseload and ensure timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting, specifically in teletherapy. Experience working with various population groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, is highly valued. Additionally, proficiency in electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of the valuable contributions of our counselors, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
