About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategy & Technology to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning the company's technology strategy, innovation roadmap, and reference architectures across various domains, including cybersecurity, cloud, AI, digital modernization, and mission platforms. This role requires a leader with a strong technical background and a proven track record in the federal market, particularly in the areas of growth, capture, and solutioning. The VP will also lead the company's AI strategy, focusing on AI-enabled offerings for federal customers and internal adoption. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Strategy & Technology include serving as the chief solutions architect on major pursuits, building and governing repeatable offerings, and tracking emerging technologies to inform the company's growth roadmap. The role demands a leader with at least 15 years of experience in federal technology services, hands-on architecture depth, and a strong command of federal acquisition and the capture lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have executive experience, the ability to translate technical capabilities into mission-focused value propositions, and excellent communication skills. A Top Secret/SCI clearance or prior TS/SCI with eligibility for reinstatement is strongly preferred.
