Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Texas
• CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow considered
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable with caseload management and documentation
• Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer recommendations based on evaluation findings
• Provide guidance to educators regarding speech and language best practices in the classroom
