Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will also be considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy to students with communication disorders
• Consult with teachers and families to support students’ academic and social growth
• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of evaluations, progress, and goals in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and team conferences
• Stay updated on best practices and professional developments within the field
