Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working in school-based settings is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools for speech/language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Organizational skills to maintain records and comply with state and federal regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
• Develop tailored therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, language, and voice disorders
• Provide evidence-based direct therapy services, individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention strategies
• Offer resources and strategies to support classroom integration and generalization of skills
