Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns to formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic services such as individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities that meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive immediate help and appropriate referrals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create a comprehensive care strategy that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for their rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals, couples, families, and groups from various backgrounds who are seeking assistance with mental health issues. This may include anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma experiences, relationship problems, and more. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their challenges through empathetic and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a clinical setting is ideal; however, clinical internships or practicum experiences will also be considered for entry-level candidates.

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling methodologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
