About the Role: The Strategic Business Operations Manager supports key business initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process improvement, and business growth. This role partners cross-functionally to help drive strategic projects, improve workflows, analyze business performance, and support scalable operational processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Support and execute business initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. Conduct discovery and research to understand business workflows, operational challenges, and stakeholder needs, helping identify opportunities for improvement. Manage and coordinate strategic projects and operational initiatives from planning through execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to support business objectives and process improvements. Analyze data and business metrics to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Create and maintain project documentation, business process materials, reporting dashboards, and operational resources. Assist in developing scalable processes, templates, and repeatable frameworks to improve team efficiency and consistency. Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating concerns when appropriate. Support the development of presentations, reporting materials, and business updates for leadership stakeholders. Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational gaps and recommending practical solutions. Build strong working relationships across teams to help drive alignment and execution of shared business goals. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Fully Remote: This position is fully remote, requiring a reliable internet connection in a private setting. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). 2+ years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, project coordination, program management, consulting, or a related field. Experience supporting cross-functional projects and operational initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide business insights and recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to work independently while also contributing within a team environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing business needs. Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with project management methodologies, Agile practices, or process improvement concepts is preferred. Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other high-growth industries.
