Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and diagnostic interviews to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the use of appropriate clinical methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's goals.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address diverse mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, offering immediate support and resources to stabilize their situation.

• Maintain accurate confidential client records that document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
