Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments to accurately gauge patient needs, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Educate and assist patients and their families in navigating complex healthcare systems, including understanding insurance coverage, financial assistance, and linkage to community resources.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups on a variety of mental health topics, fostering community and shared learning among participants.

• Identify and address social determinants of health, such as housing instability, employment issues, and access to care that may impede recovery.

• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring culturally sensitive care and empowering clients to exercise their rights within the healthcare system.

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily comprising individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active LCSW or LMFT licensure issued by the state of California is mandatory.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
