Job Summary Responsible for the sale of integrated communication solutions to small‑to‑medium business customers. Develops relationships with businesses and the community to position the Comcast brand as a key component of the sales strategy. Core Responsibilities Assists with creation and delivery of face‑to‑face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer. Sells with goals of exceeding departmental, financial, and unit targets. Stays abreast of the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace. Generates new leads with targeted businesses through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Develops sales territory and cultivates local business partnerships and organizational affiliations. Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience. Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive retention; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels exceed expectations. Prepares sales and activity reports as required. Participates in out‑of‑the‑office meetings with customers and demonstrates excellent verbal, written, presenting, persuading, and negotiating skills. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; qualified candidates with coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience may also be considered. Relevant work experience: 0–2 years in sales or related field. Skills: adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, customer‑focused, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, workplace organization. Compensation & Benefits Base Pay: $47,000. Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $77,000. Eligible for commission (for sales positions) and bonus (for non‑sales positions).
