Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your duties will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans based on established best practices.

• Delivering a range of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring alignment with each client's individual needs.

• Maintaining exceptional clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and industry standards.

• Engaging in collaborative discussions with the treatment team to coordinate care and share insights.

Qualifications\n

A successful candidate will possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
