Work Environment

The selected Physician Assistant will work full-time in our hospital facility located in the vibrant city of Henderson, Nevada. This position mandates an onsite presence, allowing for effective collaboration with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The typical schedule includes 8-hour shifts during the day, from Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities extending to Saturdays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive and compassionate medical care, performing patient assessments, diagnosing a variety of conditions, prescribing treatments, and following up on patient progress.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with healthcare teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote seamless patient care.
• Clinical Procedures: Execute medical procedures and interventions while adhering to established protocols and prioritizing patient safety at all times.
• On-Call Coverage: Participate actively in the on-call rotation, providing prompt medical advice and assistance to patients outside regular hours.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 180,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
