Now Hiring: Executive Chef – Modern Latin Restaurant

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of our modern Latin restaurant , where tradition meets innovation. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of Latin American cuisine, a passion for bold flavors, and a proven track record of excellence in high-volume, upscale kitchens.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all back-of-house operations, including prep, service, and execution.
• Lead menu development that is creative, seasonal, and culturally authentic.
• Manage and mentor the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Control food and labor costs while maximizing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Build strong relationships with local purveyors and source high-quality ingredients.
• Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership to create a seamless guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of executive chef experience in a high-volume, upscale environment.
• Expertise in Latin American cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• A strong culinary vision and the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Experience managing kitchen budgets, food costing, and inventory control.
• High attention to detail with a creative and disciplined approach to menu planning.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe Manager certification or equivalent required.
