We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and reliable Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk to join their finance team. Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk - What You'll Do As an AP/AR Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of daily financial operations, ensuring smooth cash flow and strong vendor/customer relationships. Accounts Payable (AP): Match, batch, and code high-volume invoices; process payments (ACH, checks, wires); reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies on time. Accounts Receivable (AR): Apply incoming payments, assist with customer billing, monitor open receivables, and communicate professionally with clients regarding account statuses. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Maintain accurate general ledger entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing procedures. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with purchasing, logistics, and management to ensure smooth workflow across operations. Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk - What We're Looking For Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience (manufacturing or distribution background preferred). Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ERP software systems (such as SAP, QAD, or similar) and strong command of Microsoft Excel. You will be using a custom ERP system, but a SAP background will be transferable. Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and numerical processing. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with vendors, clients, and internal teams. Adaptability: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
