Accounts Payable Specialist

Immediate hire opening for an AP Specialist with national company! This role will be a temp role for up to 9 months and be an office role at the Dayton office hub for this national company. Pay rate will be $20 per hour. Insights into the role: Processing invoices, matching PO’s NO coding needed Internal correspondence as well as customers sending invoices (via emails) No need to cut checks/make payments (just working with getting invoices in the system) Hours are 7:30-4:30PM (there is flexibility if needed) If you are interested in taking on this role then please email a WORD resume along with details to the following key points to View email address on click.appcast.io for immediate consideration and contact: Detail your experience with processing invoices – volume and dollar amount ranges Detail your experience working with purchase Order .. matching invoices etc. Have you worked with customers on the phone directly regarding any invoice issues etc.?
