Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years with State Farm working in the compliance and fraud unit and held management roles, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and the insurance industry. I’m also a licensed attorney and attended law school at the University of Tulsa. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my family - many of whom are also involved in the business. For our team, we offer 20 days of PTO, all major holidays off, early office closure at noon on Fridays, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing paid up front. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
