Work Environment\n

This role primarily operates in a remote setting, facilitating your ability to integrate comfortably into your daily life while meeting the demands of a vital educational program. Our mental health services are delivered within school facilities located throughout Fresno, California, allowing you to engage directly with students and educators in a supportive and developmental atmosphere. Your work hours will typically be structured from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, though occasional evening shifts, rotating weekends, and on-call availability may be required to provide comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Social Worker, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting emotional well-being, integrating academic goals and behavioral strategies to facilitate a smooth transition into the school community.

• Collaborate effectively with educators, special education teams, and related service providers to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care tailored to each student's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A comprehensive understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong skills in conducting mental health assessments, developing diagnoses, and formulating individualized treatment plans.

• Adeptness in delivering individual and group therapeutic interventions and familiarity with diverse therapeutic approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, along with the sound judgment necessary for maintaining professional boundaries.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with experience in specialized areas such as autism support, behavioral intervention, or trauma-informed care will be highly favored. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in using digital tools for remote counseling are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
