Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to students experiencing symptoms of major mental health issues and emotional disorders, focusing on personalized care in both office visits and community settings.

• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a supportive and empathetic approach to therapy.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve common objectives, facilitating an environment conducive to teamwork and collective success.

• Conduct a range of brief, evidence-based assessments and screenings, utilizing appropriate methodologies tailored to the developmental needs of children and adolescents.

• Monitor the progress of clients through their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to care in line with their unique needs and goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status in California.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
