Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, preparing a solid foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to each client's goals and interventions, ensuring targeted support and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated and comprehensive care tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver crisis intervention services by performing risk assessments and creating safety plans for clients who require immediate support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
