Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy services, employing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct regular assessments and maintain compliance with agency policies and funding requirements through consistent and accurate record-keeping.

• Create and submit programmatic reports and documentation to the Director, ensuring all timely deadlines are met.

• Directly oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes for interns and trainees, aligning with agency goals.

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops in partnership with universities to support new personnel.

• Maintain a tidy and organized virtual workspace, addressing maintenance and safety issues as they arise.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clinical supervisors and school site contacts to address caseload management and client needs.

• Actively participate in clinical reviews and quality assurance audits to enhance service delivery and support continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting clients facing emotional or social difficulties, especially those undergoing detoxification. You will have the opportunity to work with various individuals—from children to adults—focusing on empowering them to achieve stability in their mental health and overall lives.
