About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Digital Commerce with a strong background in technology, consumer analytics, and a focus on DTC and marketplace ecosystems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a unified digital commerce strategy that drives revenue, margin, and customer lifetime value for durable CPG products. This role demands an expert in the Amazon and marketplace ecosystem, with a proven track record in growing sales, improving margins, and managing complex operations. The VP will lead the enterprise DTC transformation, including platform selection, CRM programs, and customer experience engineering, and will be tasked with driving digital shelf excellence and implementing AI-enabled marketing tools to enhance productivity and ROI. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in digital commerce, technology, eCommerce, or consumer analytics within the CPG sector. The role requires a hands-on approach to MarTech and product data ecosystems, as well as experience in managing media AORs and setting performance KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer insights, analytics, and shopper intelligence, and be adept at using data to inform merchandising and pricing strategies. Leadership skills are essential, as the VP will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure the commercial viability and compliance of commerce initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree.
