Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a broad spectrum of behavioral health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are responsive to each client’s distinctive needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation pertaining to client progress, treatment outcomes, and any necessary updates to care plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participating in care coordination meetings to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.

• Continue to enhance professional skills by staying current with industry developments, therapeutic techniques, and regulatory updates in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on young adults and adolescents, ranging from ages 12 to 25. Clients often present with diverse psychological challenges, including mood disorders, situational stresses, and developmental issues. As a counselor, you will be tasked with fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages honesty and openness, vital for the healing process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to handle high caseload volumes while maintaining quality, support, and efficiency in client care.

• Strong clinical acumen and capacity to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering an environment of mutual respect and understanding.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per annum, adjusted based on caseload and experience.
