Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to accurately develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing mental and behavioral health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid professional license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong knowledge of current trends, principles, and practices in mental health counseling, especially pertaining to individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a mental health counselor, with a focus on individuals with co-occurring disorders, including treatment in both individual and group settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
