In this role, you will support clients facing challenges by offering solution-focused therapy in a supportive and confidential setting. Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling sessions in a hybrid setting.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop short-term treatment plans

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements

• Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of NY

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards

• Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care
